Setup Assistant Coming Soon!

We've had a great deal of success with our early client discovery system, which collects some information from our new clients to help us organize their project. In 2010, we're expanding that service.
In February, we will release full version of our "Setup Assistant," which will gather data from new clients such as desired domain name, whether they need hosting support, sitemap, assets, and so on. The aim will be to take a customer through the process of creating their website from end to end — and at the same time putting together the pieces we need.
In other words, we're saying goodbye to the regular back-and-forth e-mail chain and tying clients closer to a streamlined process for completing work.
